Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — The two high school students accused of stoning a police car while cops were driving to the Leone Substation from Malaeloa last week appeared in District Court yesterday morning for their preliminary examination election.

The government's case against Jeremiah "Joe" Moe has been bound over to High Court for arraignment, where he is expected to enter a 'not guilty' plea to the charge against him.

However, another hearing for Susi Sua Fiso was scheduled for Friday.

Each of the teens is charged with one count of first degree property damage, a felony, and they are being held at the TCF with bond set at $5,000 each.
