OFC Futsal Championship Invitational 2013

Fans in both the Pacific and across the world will be able to take in all the action from the OFC Futsal Championship Invitational after confirmation that each match will be streamed live online via the OFC Live Youtube channel free of charge.

The tournament will be staged at The Trusts Arena in Auckland, New Zealand, from July 23 - 27 and live coverage will be produced by OFC TV, the confederation's in-house production unit.

The action from all 18 matches will be streamed live at youtube.com/OFCfootball

Five Oceania nations - New Caledonia, New Zealand, Solomon Islands, Tahiti and Vanuatu - are set to compete and will be joined by two representatives from the Asian Football Confederation, Australia and Malaysia.

The action-packed schedule will see four games take place on all three days of group play with the kick-offs being 2pm, 4pm, 6pm and 8pm.

The semi-finals and play-offs for the other placings will be held at 1pm, 3pm, 5pm and 8pm on day four while the 3rd/4th play-off and final will be held on day five at 5pm and 8pm respectively.

In addition to the live streaming on the OFC Youtube channel, much of the action will also be screened live on television throughout the Pacific. Telikom TV in Solomon Islands and VBTC in Vanuatu have both acquired the rights while certain matches will also be available free-to-air to viewers in New Zealand on newly-launched Freeview channel Sommet Sports.

Sommet will screen at least two matches live during each day of group action before showing a replay of the final as well as highlights of the 3rd/4th play-off. Action from the semi-finals and other play-off matches is also likely to be screened but these details are yet to be confirmed.
