Biggest achievement
in life so far?
Being the first one in my family to graduate from college. It's
a big deal because my family members have always gone to work
right away after high school to support the family. I'm fortunate
and thankful because their hard work made it possible for me
to get to the states and live a good life. You can't forget where
and how you got started. So, I make sure money is sent home often.
I want it that way.
What problems
do Samoans face when they marry non-Samoans?
I have no problems. My husband is Chinese. We are learning culture,
cooking and language from each other. Faiga a le keige! Ha!

[NBA LA Lakers] Kobe Bryant at a restaurant in Los Angeles.

public school for American Samoa?
Only if all the classrooms are air conditioned. It's too hot
for year round school.

Bring Southwest Airlines or Jet Blue with their cheap fares.

No. We go out. We go to Mass at 5:15pm Sunday and then go to
