Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — Signs posted at the hospital show directions to the LBJ Medical Center COVID-19 Vaccination location where the residents can now get their COVID doses.

In an advisory this week, Heath Department announced the walk-in clincs for COVID-19 vaccination and the LBJ clinic are among three of them. LBJ clinic is open through Friday from 8a.m. to 12noon.

DoH clinics for today’s vaccinations are the Fagaalu Well Baby clinic, Leone and Tafuna Parental Clinics.

For Friday, it’s the A.P. Lutali Executive Office Building in Utulei.

“American Samoa COVAX teams are ready to give you your shot safely for free,” declared DoH, noting that all three COVID-19 vaccines are available.

Individuals 12 years and older for Pfizer and 18 years and older for Moderna and the Janssen vaccines. Bring a photo ID, immunization card and/or hospital card.

This Saturday, June 12th, COVAX teams will be setting up clinics at Pago Pago DYWA facility and Leone Catholic Church hall from 8:00am to 3:00pm.

“We’ll have goody bags and drinks for children. Come in early while goodies last. This is our shot to protect our loved ones from COVID-19. Let's not wait until it's too late. Protect our children, protect our family, protect American Samoa! #ProtectASOne,” said DoH.
