Ft. Carson, COLORADO — The Samoan Protestant Service at Ft. Carson, CO held its Thanksgiving Service Sunday, November 24th, in honor of our soldiers who returned recently from deployment. It was a service full of thanksgiving and was followed by a short program by the youth group.

On this Thanksgiving Day, we are extra grateful. We're thankful for God's protection of our Toa o Samoa as they return from their deployment. When asked what they were most thankful for, the consensus was their family and their lives. Although they are back home safe and sound, they -along with all of us - are still keeping their brothers and sisters who are still in harms way in our constant prayers.

These brave men and women of the US Army want to extend their appreciation and gratitude to all their families, their home churches, and their villages for the never-ending prayers. Faafetai, faafetai, faafetai tele!
