![Contractor/ Paramount Builders owner Papali’i Lauli’i Alofa explaining the various features of the new Fono building to Senate members during their on-site visit last Friday. A carved piece of wood panel can be seen held up, as a sample of what will serve as decoration in the Fono’s chambers of the cement support columns. The carvings are being done by Fitiao Tupuola Wilson, who is also a well known local Tufuga ta Tatau, as well as a siapo artist. [photo: Asi A.
