Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — The 13th Festival of Pacific Arts and Culture (FestPAC), which ended this past weekend, after two weeks of events saw daily cultural performances from different Oceania island groups across Oahu, Hawaii on various stages.

The array of creative work by Indigenous Pacific artists centered on Pacific culture comprising traditional and new media, including cinematic and digital work was on display at the Hawai’i Convention Center. American Samoa’s artists showcased their works in workshops and staged performances, as well as an exhibit. The works included siapo, tattooing, film making, carving, painting, photography, and graphics.

The FestPAC ended this past weekend, culminating two weeks of what many are saying was a highly successful — Ho’oulu Lahui — Regenerating Oceania — 13th Festival of Pacific Arts and Culture, Hawai’i 2024.
