With this USDA FNA approval, on September 1, 2026, in addition to their regular monthly benefits, each ASNAP participant will receive an additional $110 loaded onto their EBT card. EOY benefits are funded through ASNAP’s unspent funds from the current Federal Fiscal Year.

Director Neueli conveyed appreciation to USDA FNA Western Regional Administrator Dr. Muzafar Makhdoomi, Grants Management and Administrative Services Director Terry Gunnell, and their colleagues at the national and regional levels for their continued support of ASNAP and for helping to sustain vital food assistance for vulnerable members of our population. She also extends her fa’amālo and fa’afetai tele to Governor Pulaali’i Nikolao Pula and Lt. Governor Pulumataala Ae Ae, Jr. for their support of DHSS and its Programs.
