Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — As the US National Weather Service Pago Pago continues to monitor the active South Pacific Convergence Zone (SPCZ), expect a wet week with strong and gusty winds while the potential for a tropical system to develop within the area remains high. 

A flash flood watch remains in effect throughout the week.
