Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — Governor Lemanu P.S. Mauga, and a delegation from American Samoa met with Dr. Aaron J. Sala, director of the 13th Festival of Pacific Arts & Culture (FestPAC) on Feb. 18, 2024 in Honolulu where they addressed key topics including programming, transportation, and funding.
FestPAC provides an opportunity for American Samoa and the Pacific region to showcase unique cultural identities, forge partnerships, and promote mutual respect and cooperation across the region.
Hawaii will be the host nation for the 13th Festival of Pacific Arts & Culture — 'Ho’oulu Lahui: Regenerating Oceania'.
