Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — The Port Administration of American Samoa (PAAS) is pleased to announce the launch of complimentary Wi-Fi service for all travelers at Pago Pago International Airport.

Through a Memorandum of Understanding with Bluesky Communications American Samoa, PAAS is now offering free Wi-Fi to passengers, visitors, and airport users. This initiative directly addresses the growing need for reliable internet connectivity among the territory’s residents and international travelers, making the overall airport experience smoother, more convenient, and enjoyable.

“Providing free Wi-Fi is an important step in enhancing passenger services at Pago Pago International Airport,” said PAAS Director Barney Sene. “We are grateful to our partners at Bluesky Communications American Samoa for working with us to deliver this service quickly while we prepare for a more permanent solution.”

The free Wi-Fi service will remain available until a permanent, standard airport Wi-Fi system is fully implemented. This future system will allow users to enjoy basic free access while offering the option to purchase extended usage or higher speeds — consistent with practices at other modern international airports.

Travelers can connect to the free WiFi network by selecting the designated Service Set Identifier (SSID) once inside the airport terminal.

PAAS remains committed to continuously improving facilities and services at Pago Pago International Airport to better serve the people of American Samoa and all who visit our beautiful islands.
