Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — Tuimalo Dr. Elvis Pau’u Zodiacal of the Maluia family in Nu'uuli, graduated with a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership with Distinction from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.

He graduated with Institutional Honors as a Graduate with Distinction, with a 3.91 cumulative GPA, and as a member of Liberty University’s Alpha Kappa Eta, a chapter of the Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society in Education. His dissertation, a mixed-methods study combining qualitative and quantitative applied research, was titled Recommendations to Solve the Problem of Student Disengagement in Online Learning at American Samoa Community College in Pago Pago, American Samoa.

Dr. Zodiacal is the Territorial Librarian and director of Feleti Barstow Public Library.
