HVAC Vice Chairman Aumua Amata said, “I am pleased that the House came together in looking out for our Veterans with this additional funding to make sure that key VA services do not lapse. I’m also happy to let Veterans know about House passage of this group of bills, as each one takes on a specific Veterans’ issue that was examined by the Committee and communicated to us by Veterans. Each year, we hear testimony directly from Veterans Service Organizations, as well as roundtables with veterans and hearings with expert witnesses, including many veterans.”
