Mrs. Elinor Lutu-McMoore (center), an ASCC alumnus who is currently Acting Meteorologist-In-Charge with the National Weather Service, will give the keynote address at the 66th ASCC Commencement Ceremony, which takes place this Friday, May 19th. She is a proud graduate of ASCC who stood at ASCC 20 years ago as the Valedictorian of the College’s first fall graduating class in 1997.
