Choirs from churches around the territory that performed during the 40th Annual Territorial Holiday Music Festival sponsored by the Arts Council of American Samoa, and funded by the National Endowment of the Arts with additional funding from the Special Programs under the Governor’s Office.  The program ended Wednesday night.
