Personal Chef Urshula Letuli is doing a 5-week Masters Program at Manuelina Culinary Institute in Italy, which began Jan. 11, 2015.

It’s an immersion program that covers all aspects of Italian cuisine, fresh pasta, artisan gelato, Italian pastry, desserts, artisan breads & pizzas and regional Italian cuisine. The culinary school is in northern Italy and its instructors are noted top chefs of their culinary areas.
