Camp Arifjan, Kuwait enjoyed a Merry Christmas thanks to their Am Samoan troops

Camp Arifjan, KUWAIT  Over 300 soldiers, civilians, and contractors at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait attended a luau on Christmas Day hosted by the Samoan soldiers who are members of the 15th Financial Management Support Unit (FMSU) at Camp Arifjan.

It was also Livestreamed via FB where over 750 tuned in. “These soldiers did a remarkable job and gave something for all those away from family to do and attend on Christmas,” 1SG Solomua Tiliaia-Comstock told Samoa News in an email from Kuwait.

“Just want to share what a great job these soldiers did,” he said. “Thirty-one soldiers danced and the few Samoans who were involved made this happen. SPC Semeatu Tauatama led the guys and SSG Tekawita Tauai-Sua, SPC Onosa'i Misionare and PFC Vaelua Misiaita led and taught the females.
