Samoa and New Zealand differ over further Manawanui compensation claims
Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — New Zealand says no new payment is being negotiated over the sinking of the New Zealand Navy vessel, HMNZS Manawanui, despite a report in Samoa to the contrary.
