Crowd gathers at Social Services Office

A crowd gathered at Social Service office under the tents with no social distancing

People crowded under the tents at Social Services in Utulei on Monday morning apparently for Gita relief money. There was no crowd control to enforce two of the most important regulations of the Governor’s Emergency Declaration for the COVID-19 virus — no more than 10 people can gather in one place, as well as social distancing — of 6 feet apart. As the governor of Michigan said a couple of days ago — “better 6 ft apart than 6 ft under.” [photo: Leua Frost]
