U.S. Sailor and Master-at-Arms Ray Saaga Asuega served in the Navy for 16 years, and his service and memory will be treasured and honored. He is one of our own from American Samoa and is truly among our Toa o Samoa. Ray was a devoted family man, and they knew him best as a wonderful son, brother, husband, father, and friend. Our prayers and condolences are with his family.
