Local boy Raynor Whitcombe is in the midst of fulfilling his ambition of becoming a Bodyspace Spokesmodel and he is asking the local community for their help.

Presented by Cellucor and IronManBodybuilding.com they are on a global hunt for one male and one female to reign as the 2015 Bodyspace Spokesmodels. “This is the one and only way to make it on to Team Bodybuilding.com in 2015,” according to bodybuilding.com

In an email to the Samoa News yesterday, Raynor said there is only one more week left until the voting polls close as he tries to make the final cut. Right now, Bodyspace fans from all over the world can cast their votes and chose the top 5 - both male and female - finalists who will be flown to Los Angeles, CA to the LA Fit Expo next February where they will compete on stage before a panel of judges.

Online voting ends next Friday, December 12 and the names of the finalists will be announced on December 29.

“Just asking for my homeland and people’s support!” Raynor wrote. “Proud and honored to represent American Samoa and my people!”
