The motion for a continuance by Lefatia's attorney, Marcellus Talaimalo Uiagalelei, was granted by Acting Associate Justice Elvis Patea last Wednesday in High Court.

According to Uiagalelei, he has just received the discovery packet and it is quite "substantial …more that the usual, standard report."

Prior to her arrest, she was serving a two-year probation sentence, following a raid at Le Aute Bar, which she reportedly owns, where weapons and drugs were discovered.

Lefatia remains in custody at the TCF unable to post a $100,000 cash bond.
