Tri Marine first to obtain ISO Global Traceability certification

Belleview, WASHINGTON — Tri Marine, a global leading tuna supply company, was recently recognized as the first tuna trading company in the world to obtain ISO 22005:2007 certification from the leading certification body DNV which focuses on the traceability in the feed and food chain. 

It was also awarded certifications by DNV to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard for all of its eight trading and operations offices and to the ISO 22005:2007 Global Traceability standard in its tuna food chain.

By meeting the extensive criteria of these rigorous and well-regarded ISO standards, Tri Marine further demonstrates its commitment to doing the right thing by achieving Global Traceability certification of its supply chain, while consistently delivering quality services to its customers and suppliers.
