Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — The American Samoa Democratic Party is proud to announce the launch of the Toloa Internship Program, a new initiative designed to provide young people with meaningful opportunities to learn, serve, and develop their leadership skills.

‘Inspired by the Samoan proverb “E lele le toloa ae ma’au i le vai”, the program reflects a commitment to preparing the next generation of leaders while strengthening their connection to American Samoa and its people.

The Toloa Internship Program seeks to equip young leaders with the experience, confidence, and opportunities to create meaningful change in the communities they call home.

Selected applicants will take part in an intensive six-week program committing approximately 15–20 hours per week. Interns will gain hands-on experience while developing valuable professional and leadership skills and learning more about civic engagement, public service, and the importance of giving back to their community.

The American Samoa Democratic Party encourages ASCC students and young leaders interested in leadership, public service, and making a positive difference in their community to apply. Applications are now open!
